Weekly notes, week 39: pilots, paperwork and a very long call

A short one this week. Three things worth writing down.

What shipped

• The settlement sandbox now supports partial fills, which two of our pilot banks asked for in the same week.
• Document matching for trade finance got faster; a typical set is checked in under a second.
• We finally deleted the last spreadsheet from our onboarding process.

What broke

A time-zone bug caused one test instruction to expire an hour early. No money moved, but it was a good reminder that timeouts are policy, not just code.
